What we clear

Careful handling
Specialty and oversized pieces need the right crew and gear. Our own insured crews use straps, dollies, and blankets, and move items through tight doors, staircases, and loading docks. For estates, we work with discretion and can coordinate with executors or agents on timing and access. We never take hazardous materials.
Pricing
Flat and all-in, scoped from photos or a walk-through list before you book, with no hourly meter. An upright piano is $250, a hot tub is $305, a full truckload is $560, and small jobs start at $75. A full warehouse or estate clear is quoted as one flat number up front.
Where it goes
Usable furniture, decor, and props go to donation where we can, and schools, community theaters, and reuse programs often welcome them. Metal and wood are recycled. The rest is disposed of responsibly.
