A commercial cleanout in LA, whether it's an office, a production office, a studio space, or a venue, is priced from your photos before you book, with no hourly meter. Single items have set prices (a desk is a flat $105, a breakroom fridge $169), and for whole suites or floors the price depends on how full the space is, so we price the whole job from your photos before anything is booked. Insured crews, a COI on request, and same-day windows, evenings to 10 PM and weekends included, so you clear the space on your schedule, not ours.
What drives the cost of a commercial cleanout?
Four things: how much there is, what kind of items (desks and chairs are quick; cubicles, server racks, and appliances take more), how hard the access is (ground floor vs. a freight elevator, a loading dock, or after-hours security), and how much can be recycled or donated versus landfilled. All of that is settled in the price you approve from your photos, and that price covers everything in them. Anything extra beyond the photos is shown to you before loading.

How much for a whole office or floor?
Larger jobs are quoted from your photos instead of a per-item list, and the price depends on how full the space is. You send pictures of the space, and you get one price covering labor, carry-out, transport, and disposal before anyone lifts a thing. Once you approve it, that is the price for everything in the photos. Without a photo, we cannot generate a quote. Do you handle e-waste, IT gear, and appliances?
Yes. Monitors, computers, servers, printers, and other e-waste are recycled to California code, and breakroom appliances go out the same visit. Tell us if any IT gear needs special handling and we'll flag it in the quote.
Can you work around business hours and provide a COI?
Yes. Crews run 8 AM to 10 PM every day, weekends included, so evening and weekend windows keep the cleanout out of the workday, and for a hard deadline we can arrange an early start, as soon as 6 AM. Our crews are licensed and insured and we provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. That combination is what most building managers and studio lots require before a vendor can come on site.
