No hourly meter, no surprise at the end. Single items have set prices (a desk is a flat $105, a breakroom fridge $139), and whole suites or floors get one flat number upfront. Insured crews, a COI on request, and same-day or next-day windows, evenings to 8 PM and weekends included, so you clear the space on your schedule, not ours.
What drives the cost of a commercial cleanout?
Four things: how much there is, what kind of items (desks and chairs are quick; cubicles, server racks, and appliances take more), how hard the access is (ground floor vs. a freight elevator, a loading dock, or after-hours security), and how much can be recycled or donated versus landfilled. With flat pricing, all of that is settled in the quote you approve, so the number does not move once the crew arrives.

How much for a whole office or floor?
Larger jobs are still flat, just quoted from your photos instead of a per-item list. You send pictures of the space, and you get one all-in number covering labor, carry-out, transport, and disposal before anyone lifts a thing. Do you handle e-waste, IT gear, and appliances?
Yes. Monitors, computers, servers, printers, and other e-waste are recycled to California code, and breakroom appliances go out the same visit. Tell us if any IT gear needs special handling and we'll flag it in the quote.
Can you work around business hours and provide a COI?
Yes. Crews run 8 AM to 8 PM every day, weekends included, so evening and weekend windows keep the cleanout out of the workday, and for a hard deadline we can arrange an early start, as soon as 6 AM. Our crews are licensed and insured and we provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. That combination is what most building managers and studio lots require before a vendor can come on site.
