What we clear from a theater
Struck flats, platforms, and old set pieces. Worn seating and lobby furniture. Props, set dressing, and old costumes. Cardboard, packing debris, and general backstage clutter. Old office furniture from the front of house.
What we do not do
We haul the debris once it is down. We do not do the strike deconstruction itself, and we do not touch rigging, lighting, or electrical systems, which is specialized and often union work. We also never take hazardous materials such as paint, solvents, or aerosols; set those aside and our e-waste and disposal guides point to the right drop-offs.
Built for tight changeovers
Theaters turn over on a deadline. Our own licensed and insured crews work evenings and weekends within our 8 AM to 8 PM hours, provide a certificate of insurance on request for the venue, and load out through house doors, alleys, and freight access. Pricing
Flat and all-in, scoped from photos or a walk list before you book, with no hourly meter. A struck set piece is $95, a half truckload of debris is $395, and a full truckload is $560, with a $75 job minimum. A full theater clear is quoted as one flat number up front.
Where it goes
Usable set pieces, furniture, props, and costumes go to donation where we can, and schools and community theaters often welcome them. Lumber and metal are recycled. The rest is disposed of responsibly.
