Clearing a parent's home is one of the hardest jobs there is, and there is no rush on our end. When you are ready, we handle the heavy, practical part so you can focus on what matters.
What does an estate cleanout involve?
We clear the furniture, appliances, and years of belongings from the home, room by room, down to an empty space ready for sale or handover. You decide what stays and what goes, at whatever pace feels right, and the crew carries everything out from any floor so you never have to.
Keep what matters, and let us handle the rest
Take all the time you need to set aside keepsakes, documents, and anything of value. When you are ready, we take care of the rest. Usable furniture and working appliances are donated where possible, and wood, metal, and electronics are recycled, so a life's belongings are passed on rather than simply dumped. See our old-furniture guide if you want to donate or sell specific pieces first.
How does pricing work?
Estate cleanouts are priced as flat packages by the size of the home, and you approve the total before any work begins. A studio is $345, a one-bedroom $455, and a two-bedroom $700, all-in, with a $75 minimum. There are no surprise fees, and no pressure to decide before you are ready. See how a whole-home clear-out works on our apartment cleanout page or the full price list.
