How do you protect your deposit?
Most LA leases require the unit returned empty and broom-clean. Anything left behind, a couch, a mattress, bags of stuff, can be deducted from your deposit as removal and cleaning costs, often for far more than it would have cost to clear it yourself. An empty unit is the cheapest unit.
How fast can it happen?
Often the same day. We run 8 AM to 8 PM and need about 8 hours to line up a crew, so a morning booking can be there by evening, and later bookings land the next day. Time your clear-out for the moment the movers pull away. Flat pricing means you approve the total before booking: a studio is $345, a one-bedroom $455, and a two-bedroom $700, all-in, with a $75 minimum.
