Smaller jobs of about four items or fewer may get a firm price; for larger loads the figure is a ballpark, and the final no-obligation price is confirmed on site. Junkline's photo price is not an estimate: the number you approve before booking is the number you pay, for any size job.
Who does the work
Both companies use insured employee crews rather than contractors. Junkline's crews are our own: licensed, insured, background-checked, and LA-local, and the company that quotes you is the one that shows up. Junk King runs on a local franchise model.
Speed
Junkline runs same-day across the whole service area when you book by early afternoon, 8 AM to 8 PM every day including weekends. Junk King also often offers same-day service.
When Junk King might fit better
Honest answer: if you are outside our service area (LA County, Santa Clarita, and Lancaster), or you want to rent a mini dumpster and load it yourself over a few days, that is something they offer and we do not. Their price-match guarantee may also matter to you.
