Text messages from Junkline
Junkline LLC is a junk removal company in Los Angeles. We text customers only about their own job, and only when they ask us to.
How you opt in
On our booking page, junkline.com/quote, you pick your items, your address and a time. On the last step, Review & Book, you enter your name, email and mobile number, and this notice sits directly under the mobile number field:

Entering your mobile number with this notice beside it is how you agree to our texts about your booking. You can reply STOP at any time.
What we send
Only messages about your job: your quote and booking link, your booking confirmation, and updates when the crew is on the way. Usually a few messages per job. We do not send marketing texts.
Example: "Junkline: your pickup is confirmed for Tue, Oct 28, between 10am and 12pm. We'll text you when the crew is on the way. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."
Stopping and help
Reply STOP at any time and we stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (213) 806-3399 or hello@junkline.com. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
